The plant places special emphasis on USA FDA (Food & Drug Administration) regulations and GMP Good Manufacturing Practices in its entire manufacturing process, from the receiving of raw materials to the packing of finished goods, to ensure consistently high quality products.

All the gloves exported are made under strict quality control process and quality testing methods to meet ASTM D3578-9501 specification and standard. We are also ISO 9001 Certified and registered with the US Food & Drug Administration as well as Health & Welfare Canada, we have also been awarded the ISO 9002 quality system in 1999 and ISO 9001 in 2002 Moody International Certification and National Accreditation Certification Bodies.

SHIELDTEX also specialises in customised packing of procedural gloves. Powder free gloves are also available for export.
